Dinner was my Balsamic Roasted Beef and Parmesan Fennel Gratin, with vanilla ice cream drizzled with Limoncello for dessert. I asked Michael Grim from Bridgehampton Florist to help with the table setting, and I knew he would come up with something absolutely spectacular. Michael brought fresh figs and picked some fig leaves from my trees for the place settings, and he added small pots of yellow Rudebeckia as centerpieces for our dinner under the stars. It was a wonderful evening, and a gorgeous fall night! If you’re in a seasonal climate, don’t forget to enjoy these last glorious days of warm weather outside! Table setting by Michael Grim
